1. Introduction
Welcome to “Mughtareb jo”, an online platform providing a wide range of gifts, flowers, cakes, perfumes, balloons,plants , kids’ toys, newborns gifts and a variety of items for delivery across Jordan. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Services
• We offer a variety of gifts, flowers, cakes, perfumes, balloons, and other items for sale. Each product’s description, price, and delivery options are displayed on the website.
• While we strive to provide accurate information, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain products, especially flowers and cakes.
3. Pricing and Payment
• All prices listed on the website are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
• Payments can be made securely via credit card. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
• The total price, including delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete the purchase.
• Currency conversions for international credit cards will be handled by your credit card provider, and any foreign transaction fees may apply.
4. Order and Delivery
• Orders can be placed online through our website.
• Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information.
• Deliveries will be made within Jordan to the address provided. Same-day delivery is available for certain products; however, specific cut-off times may apply.
• While we strive to deliver orders on time, certain circumstances (such as public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events) may cause delays.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the item has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
• If the product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
• If the order is undelivered due to our fault.
• If the cancellation is made within the permitted time frame.
• Refunds will be processed through the same method used to make the payment, and it may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Returns and Exchanges
• Due to the nature of our products (e.g., perishable items like flowers and cakes), returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Customer Responsibilities
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact and delivery details.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website.
8. Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data, can be viewed on the website.
• Credit card information is processed securely, and we do not store payment details.
9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, in cases where a refund or replacement is warranted.

• We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

مرحبًا بكم في [مغتَرِب Mughtareb jo]، وهو منصة إلكترونية تقدم مجموعة متنوعة من الهدايا، الزهور، الكيك، العطور، البالونات، وغيرهامن المنتجات للتوصيل في جميع أنحاء الأردن. تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لموقعنا وخدماتنا. من خلال الوصول إلى الموقع أواستخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
2. المنتجات والخدمات
• نحن نقدم مجموعة متنوعة من الهدايا، الزهور، الكيك، العطور، البالونات، وغيرها من المنتجات للبيع. يتم عرض وصف وسعروخيارات التوصيل لكل منتج على الموقع.
• رغم أننا نسعى لتقديم معلومات دقيقة، قد تحدث بعض الاختلافات الطفيفة في اللون أو الشكل أو التصميم بسبب الطابعاليدوي لبعض المنتجات، خاصة الزهور والكعك.
3. الأسعار والدفع
• جميع الأسعار المدرجة على الموقع مقدمة بالدينار الأردني (JOD).
• يمكن الدفع بأمان باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان. نقبل بطاقات الائتمان الرئيسية مثل فيزا وماستركارد وأمريكان إكسبريس.
• سيتم عرض السعر الإجمالي، بما في ذلك رسوم التوصيل، قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
• سيتم التعامل مع تحويلات العملة لبطاقات الائتمان الدولية من قبل مزود بطاقتك، وقد تنطبق رسوم تحويل العملات الأجنبية.
4. الطلب والتوصيل
• يمكن تقديم الطلبات عبر الإنترنت من خلال موقعنا.
• يرجى التأكد من دقة تفاصيل التوصيل. نحن غير مسؤولين عن التأخير أو فشل التوصيل بسبب عناوين أو معلومات اتصال غيرصحيحة.
• سيتم تسليم الطلبات داخل الأردن إلى العنوان المقدم. يتوفر التوصيل في نفس اليوم لبعض المنتجات؛ ومع ذلك، قد تنطبقمواعيد قطع معينة.
• رغم أننا نسعى لتسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد، قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب ظروف معينة (مثل العطلات الرسمية أو الظروفالجوية أو أحداث غير متوقعة أخرى).
5. استرداد الأموال والإلغاء
• يمكن إلغاء الطلبات إذا تم تقديم طلب الإلغاء قبل شحن المنتج. بمجرد شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه.
• يتم استرداد الأموال في الحالات التالية:
• إذا كان المنتج المستلم مختلفًا بشكل كبير عما تم طلبه.
• إذا لم يتم تسليم الطلب بسبب خطأ منا.
• إذا تم الإلغاء خلال الإطار الزمني المسموح به.
• سيتم معالجة الاسترداد عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمتها لإجراء الدفع، وقد يستغرق ما يصل إلى 14 يوم عمل ليظهرفي حسابك.
6. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
• نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا (مثل العناصر القابلة للتلف مثل الزهور والكعك)، لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع إلا إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أومعيبًا.
• بالنسبة للعناصر التالفة أو غير الصحيحة، يرجى الاتصال بنا خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل مع تقديم الصور الداعمة، وسنقومبترتيب استبدال أو استرداد.
7. مسؤوليات العميل
• من خلال تقديم طلب، تؤكد أنك مخول لاستخدام بطاقة الائتمان وأن هناك أموالاً كافية لتغطية تكلفة الطلب.
• توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة، بما في ذلك تفاصيل الاتصال والتوصيل.
• يجب أن تكون قد بلغت 18 عامًا على الأقل لإجراء عملية شراء على موقعنا.
8. سياسة الخصوصية
• نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية معلوماتك الشخصية. يمكنك الاطلاع على سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، التي تحددكيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وتخزينها، على الموقع.
• تتم معالجة معلومات بطاقة الائتمان بأمان، ولا نقوم بتخزين تفاصيل الدفع.
9. حدود المسؤولية
• نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام موقعنا أو خدماتنا، بما في ذلك التأخيرأو فشل التوصيل بسبب عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
• تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على قيمة المنتج الذي تم شراؤه، في الحالات التي يكون فيها استرداد أو استبدال مستحقًا.
10. القوة القاهرة
• لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو فشل في الأداء نتيجة أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة، مثل الكوارث الطبيعية، الحروب،الإرهاب، الإضرابات، القيود الحكومية، أو الكوارث الطبيعية.
11. الملكية الفكرية
• جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك الصور والشعارات وأوصاف المنتجات والتصاميم، مملوكة لنا أو مرخصة لنا. لايجوز لك استخدام أو نسخ أو توزيع أي محتوى دون موافقتنا الخطية الصريحة.
12. القانون الحاكم
